Do I need to be a millionaire to invest?
No. This fund was specifically designed for working professionals — doctors, teachers, business owners — with $100,000 in savings that deserve the same opportunities as institutional investors. You do need to qualify as an SEC accredited investor.
What is an accredited investor?
Generally, an individual with annual income over $200,000 (or $300,000 joint) or net worth over $1 million excluding primary residence. Your financial advisor can confirm your eligibility.
Can I visit the properties?
Absolutely yes. We encourage it. Both properties are in Houston and we will personally walk you through them. You can drive by anytime — 9619 Marlive Lane and 4602 Walker Street are right there on Google Maps.
How is this different from the stock market?
You can see this investment. You can touch it. You can drive by it. It does not disappear overnight because of a tweet or an algorithm. Real estate in Houston has historically been one of the most stable wealth-building vehicles available.
What if the market does not cooperate?
We do not rush. Capital will only be accepted when market conditions are favorable. Construction only begins when financing and rents support it. If conditions do not improve, no investor money has been deployed and no one is at risk.
How do I get my money back?
After Walker Street is completed and stabilized, the fund refinances Walker and uses the proceeds to pay each LP their 2X return. Both properties remain in the portfolio generating rental income after LP returns are paid.
Can I invest from Mexico?
We welcome interest from Mexican investors given our strong community ties. International investors are subject to additional eligibility and compliance requirements. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific situation.
